Excell Assessment 02

Well Well so how did we all go.

Just incase you want to go back into the past Jenn heres some help.

You do know that there was to be headers and footers on everypage top was name left date right bottom was filename..

Also a few features that might help so what does

|#####|mean in a cell could mean that there isn’t enough room for for the data to be shown.

Also showing formulas is a fun way to check your work so the [ctrl] + [~] will do this once the page is selcted.

Percentages pretty much simple maths i would of though but it’s all about the equasion signs when doing percentages instead of doing a divide by sign which i’m not sure where to find we do a fraction sign which is pretty much what divide by means so 10 divide by 12 would be 10/12 as long as you put a = sign in the front it will see an equasion.

Now i know the Assesment has finished but some people will get second chance so i’m not sure if i zam aloowed to post this or not so get in quickly before i have to take this down again these are just my personal notes from my assesment so i not giving tyhem away. freedom of speach and thought.

So i c ame late to class prob about 15 min late and i was one of the first people to finish.. hmmm

i wonder if we will be doing another assesment on this excell 2007 as i want to do some more vlookups and some pretty groovy stuff.

so todays date would be [ctrl]+[;] would give 20/5/08

Then we would want the time so we would [ctrl]+[shift]+[;] would give us 11:35:38 or something similar depending on your layout..

another thing i would like to talk about you guys now about the instert key right hand side of k/board above arrows. when typing behind stuff and the words are suppoissed to be moving forward but its wrtiting over the top of them thats when you press the insert key.

word2007 ,excell 2007 are suppossed to be more user friendly that the previouse ones that is why people make new programs for better clientell otherwise people wouldn’t buy the software.

So where was your problems that you had and did youmanage to fix them?

Aslo there is a bit of a trick question in the assessment extra writing that makes no difference to the asessment see if you can find out what it is!!?
